Each item is printed or engraved after you order it, which means less waste. Allow 8–14 business days for production and standard shipping within the United States.

Can I put a name on a backpack or bag?
Yes. The bowling pin backpacks and weekender bag are printed with the name you choose, in big letters. Engraved items such as necklaces, keychains, pet tags and wallets are made with the name or message you enter in the shop.
How long does it take to arrive?
Every item is made to order, so allow 8–14 business days from the day you order until it arrives. That covers production plus standard shipping within the United States.
Can I return an item?
Because each item is made just for you, returns aren't accepted for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email sales@digitalmonkey.com within 30 days of receiving your order and it will be made right.
Who designs these products?
Every pattern is original artwork by Tedra Ortega, an artist and graphic designer in Woodville, Texas.
